Everything we make is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so please read your order carefully before buying. This policy explains when and how you can return an item or request a refund. Physical goods and tarot readings are treated differently — see each section below.
Handmade goods (jewelry & art)

- Whether returns are accepted at all, and within how many days of delivery.
- The condition required (unworn, undamaged, original packaging).
- Whether any items are final sale (e.g. earrings, custom or made-to-order pieces).
- Who pays return shipping, and whether the original shipping cost is refundable.
- How refunds are issued (back to the original payment method via Stripe) and the typical timing.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email us within[DECIDE: number of days] of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We ship with tracking through Shippo and will make it right by [DECIDE: replacement, refund, or store credit].
Tarot readings
Tarot readings are a personal service. [DECIDE: your readings policy.]A common approach:
- Completed readings are non-refundable once delivered.
- For live readings, you may reschedule with at least [DECIDE: notice period] notice.
- Missed appointments without notice are not refundable.
Purchases at markets and in person
[DECIDE: your in-person policy.] In-person sales are often final, or exchange-only — state clearly what you offer at markets.
How to request a return or refund
Email Torosonador@proton.me with your order number and a short note about what you'd like to do. We usually reply within a day or two.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer law. Those protections — for example regarding goods that don't match their description — apply regardless of the terms above.
