Who we are

Products
Our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind, so colors, textures, and small details vary from item to item and may differ slightly from photos. We do our best to describe and picture each piece accurately.
Orders, prices, and payment
All prices are listed in [TO CONFIRM: currency, e.g. Canadian dollars (CAD)]and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is no longer available or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any amount already paid.
Shipping
We ship handmade orders within Canada and the United States. Because pieces are made by hand, please allow [TO CONFIRM: processing time, e.g. 3–5 business days]before your order ships. Shipping and tracking are handled through Shippo; delivery times depend on the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier, but see our Refunds & Returns policy if something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive.
Tarot readings
Tarot readings are offered for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and no specific outcome is promised. You must be 18 or older to book a reading. Intellectual property
The content on this site — including text, images, designs, and the Toro Soñador name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide this website and our products and readings "as is", to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our readings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
