Everything in the shop is made by hand, so please read this before reaching out about a return or exchange.
Returns & exchanges
Customs and textile work are final sale, no exceptions. For everything else (prints, glasses chains, and jewelry), returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Returns and exchanges are considered in three situations: the item arrived damaged or defective, or you have an allergic reaction to the material.
Return shipping
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is on us.
- If you're returning due to an allergy, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically take 5 to 10 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Tarot readings
Tarot readings are a personal service and are non-refundable once delivered. For live readings, rescheduling is welcome with at least 48 hours notice. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
Purchases at markets and in person
In-person purchases are final sale. That said, if something isn't sitting right, exchanges and repairs are welcome.

Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer law. Those protections — for example regarding goods that don't match their description — apply regardless of the terms above.
